Brian put me to shame this weekend and ran a half marathon. As if that is not challenging enough, he did it without training for it. AT ALL. And he still ran faster than we did in March. I'm glad he got his PR, but am secretly jealous of his mental toughness. Granted, he was unable to move his legs for about 5 days, but he still has a new, faster time. Way to go! We met Brian at the finish line, with DeeDee and PopPop and cheered him on as he ran into National Harbor. The rain stopped long enough for us to see a rainbow and kept the runners dry.
Yes. I haven't updated anyone in a while. Truthfully, there hasn't been much camera action. Between packing up, moving out, moving in, unpacking, and the notorious fourth quarter of work... and a computer that is dying (are you listening, Santa?). I can't get anything done! But I did create something at work that I'm super proud of. You should watch it. Over and over. And share it. And like it. That's the thumbs up button. I art directed, executive produced and helped promote this video on all the free channels that we know of. Including this one! My blog. So enjoy.
